  1. Melaleuca oil is my one bottle, cure all, first aide oil. It can help in so many situations. My most common use of the oil is to sooth the pain of an ear ache. I wish I would have know about it when I first started raising my little kids. I think it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary trips to the doctor and harmful side effects to prolonged antibiotic use. I mix 3 drops of oil with 1 teaspoon of warm olive oil. Soak up the oil with a cotton ball. Have the affected person lay down on their side with the affected ear up. Slowly squeeze oil from cotton ball into the ear, have patient remain still for several minutes, until oil has settled.
